5 Bedroom Gite with pools, Vendee
Sleeps 10, 4 bathrooms, Change over Saturdays
The Ardoux gite is truly a spacious Farmhouse of nearly 200sq
metres of living accommodation. The 5 bedrooms, three of which have en-suite
bathrooms, together with the large kitchen and lounge/dining room have been
modernised to give very comfortable and spacious holiday
accommodation.
There are two entrances on the front of the building, the main entrance and the kitchen door. There are also two patio doors onto the terrace at the rear.
From every room in the Gite there are excellent views of the gardens and surrounding countryside.
The main entrance leads into the hall, with a ground floor bedroom to the right and the lounge to the left. The beautiful Oak staircase take you to the first floor landing where there is quiet lounging area with antique easy chairs. On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a WC and washbasin under the stairs.
The Kitchen is large and has all modern appliances. a hob with 4 burners, double fan over, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,and tumble dryer.
The double sink has views over the swimming pool and gardens.
There are very large work surfaces and huge storage and you will find all the pots, pans, and utensils etc., needed to cater for 10 people.
The kitchen is fully tiled for ease of cleaning.
The Lounge is an elegant room with Oak beams and large fireplace, there are comfortable settees and easy chairs for 10+. The Cherry wood table will seat the whole family.
The Gite has it's own sat TV, DVD, video, and music centre, though you can also use the entertainment facilities in the games hall.
Patio door lead onto the large terrace where there are garden table and chairs, BBQ, and parosols.
Bedroom 1. off the hall, has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle,WC., and washbasin, a dressing room with wardrobe storage, and a lounge area with two easy chairs and a coffee table. There are patio doors onto the terrace.
Bedroom 2. on the first floor, has double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, WC., and washbasin, a dressing room with wardrobe storage, and a lounge area with two easy chairs and a coffee table. The bedroom has magnificent exposed Oak beams with King post.
Bedroom 3. on the first floor, has double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle,WC., and washbasin, wardrobe and two easy chairs and coffee table. Exposed Oak beams with king post are a great feature of this room.
Bedrooms 4 & 5each have two single beds, wardrobe and chest of draws. The rooms have exposed Oak beams.

Prices include the free use of all the facilities except were
safety restrictions may be in force,ie., small children unsupervised around the
pools and size restrictions on snooker table. please see condition for full
list.
Water,electricity and heating when appropriate are free.
Hire of bed linen - £10.00 per person per week. Hire of towels £10 per set - you need to bring pool/beach towels.
Security Deposit of £200 which is fully refundable at the end of the holiday if no damage to property.
Supplement for 7 night durations in school summer holidays £50
A refundable £200.00 security deposit is required against breakages etc.
