THE
VENDEE BEACHES
The vendee
is justifiably proud of its Beaches, typically gently sloping with golden sand
they have attracted visitors for more than a century to holiday on their shores.
There is nothing like blue sea, golden sand and glorious sunshine to conjure up
the picture of the ideal holiday and the Vendee has an abundance of all of
them.
Below are listed the major beaches running from south to north with a
brief description and links to other pages for fuller details and
photos.
L'Aiguillon-sur Mer.From the 'Point' back towards the town there
are
small

La Faute-sur-Mer.From the point D'acray the 8 kilometers of
beaches
